The Okuma Scierra Fly Reel is fitted with a genuine and very strong Teflon disc brake and a one way clutch roller bearing. This system gives a super smooth drag action engaged only in one direction. The construction allows for drag free retrieval when re-spooling. The drag is easily converted by simply reversing the bearing direction. The Okuma is made in a very light and strong aluminium, machined, brushed smooth, and finished with corrosion resistant black enamel. Drag components and main shaft in stainless steel.
